
Galilee Education Services (GES) Galilee's school provides a range of programs to provide alternative education for young people, including the Galilee Day Program. The Secondary Schools Respite Program is also part of GES.

A project of Fusion Australia Ltd, an interchurch agency which works among disadvantaged people in centres in Australia and overseas. Most of their volunteers come from various Anglican and Uniting Churches in the Woden Weston Creek area.
Youth Haven Horticulture comprises about 2.2 hectares of vegetable growing beds. For 15 years it has provided creative and satisfying activity for up to 25 disadvantaged people at any one time, such as long term out of work, brain damaged, mentally disturbed, and refugees. The activities and "therapy" of growing vegetables has developed confidence and self-esteem that has kept these "at risk" people on an even keel. A new initiative has been the training of Burmese refugee migrants in cool climate market gardening.
The Society provides a program for Young Parents. The St Vincent de Paul Society is a lay Catholic organisation that has almost 20,000 volunteers carrying out good works on behalf of the Society in NSW and the ACT alone. The Society is one of the largest charitable providers in Australia today, helping people in every area of human need.

LYH receives $75,000 US for dormitoryRun by the Lions Club of Canberra-Kambah on Friday 16th of October
with all proceeds going to support the building of the dormitory at LYH.
